RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Limited Release & Final Sale
Limited release or Sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit; providing they are in their original packaging and are in a resalable condition.
All Items unless specified are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions
The request is within 14 days of the receipt
Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition
The packaging must be completely intact and all tags attached
Footwear must be returned with the dust bag or original shoe box. Please place the shoebox in a shipping box to prevent damage.
Packer will not accept any returns without prior written communication.
Customers please note that any canceled orders at the customers request or due to fraud will be subjected to a flat rate restocking fee of 5% of the total order value.
However, the fee will be waived for defective or mis-shipped items. If you have any further questions regarding the re-stocking fee please feel free to contact our customer service rep. email@example.com
To request an exchange, or inquiries about your order please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number in the subject line for the best results.
Packer reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy.
Please note PACKER is not responsible for Customs and Duty charges or shipping charges on authorized returned merchandise.
For international returns, customers will be granted online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the value of the return label and 5% restocking fee. This fee will be calculated and removed from your refund at when the return is processed.
